Everything You’ll Need to Know
- The Accident Protection Plan helps protect employees from costly expenses associated with an accident. All benefits are paid directly to the insured and can be used towards any expense. (Accident-Wellness Benefit for covered exams is $100, payable once per calendar year for employee + spouse. Children are excluded from Wellness)
- The Critical Illness Protection Plan helps protect employees from costly expenses associated with a severe illness diagnosis. All benefits are paid directly to the insured and can be used towards any expense. (Critical Illness-Wellness Benefit for covered exams is $75, payable once per calendar year per insured)
- The Hospital Indemnity Protection Plan helps protect employees from costly hospital expenses. All benefits are paid directly to the insured and can be used towards any expense. (Hospital-Wellness Benefit for covered exams is $50, payable once per calendar year. Children are excluded from Wellness)
