We want to inform you of an upcoming change to the administrator for our Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Effective April 1, 2026, our FSA and HSA programs will transition to Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC). EBC will manage your accounts Moving forward, including issuing benefits debit cards, processing claims, maintaining account records, and providing participant support.

– Flexible Spending Account – FSA through Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC)
To make the enrollment process as easy as possible, we have TWO ways for you to enroll:
Call Center Enrollment

Newly Benefit-Eligible employees can speak with a Benefits Counselor through the Call Center within 30 days of your hire date or a qualifying life event!

Self-Enrollment through PlanSource!
Go to PlanSource at https://benefits.plansource.com > Once logged in, select Benefits >Manage My Benefits.
Your temporary password is your date of birth in “YYYYMMDD” format.
Your user credentials were sent by email from [email protected]. Note there is a dash between “no” and “reply.
After completing your Enrollment process through PlanSource, you must upload the new dependents’ verification documents through PlanSource or email them to the Benefits Department at [email protected] within 30 days of enrollment!
Important Enrollment Items
Employees must notify HR within 30 days of a qualifying life event. Required supporting documentation must be provided to HR for review. HR will review the documentation and determine whether the qualifying life event is approved or denied. Failure to submit the required documentation within the required timeframe may result in the QLE being declined. Documents must be uploaded through PlanSource or emailed to the Benefits Department a t[email protected] within 30 days.
Medical Benefits Contribution Change: Employees are entitled to the Annual Physical Exam with a Non-Provider. Click Here to find the Annual Physical Exam Attestation Form. An annual physical exam is a yearly preventative visit to a primary care provider (General practitioners, Internists, and Family Medicine providers) to assess overall health, screen for potential issues, update necessary vaccinations, and discuss lifestyle factors to promote wellness. These checkups can involve measuring vital signs, performing physical examinations of various body parts, and ordering tests such as blood work or imaging to detect or prevent conditions before they become serious.
