Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Whether they live near or far, remind your parents and parents-in-law that they can also call Health Advocate!
You can also reach out to us on their behalf.

  • At no cost/Employer paid to use the program.

You are eligible for 1-4 visits per person, per issue, each year. Once you begin counseling, you have 12 months to use all four sessions, regardless of the issue Please note that this service is only available for eligible employees and spouses, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law.

Your Health Advocate program provides your family with experts who can:
• Find doctors and specialists
• Help schedule appointments
• Address medication issues
• Explain Medicare
• Resolve claims issues
• Negotiate medical bills
• Secure second opinions
• Provide confidential, short-term counseling assistance 24/7
• Help with stress, anxiety, depression, and family problems
• Support you with grief, loss, substance abuse
• Find eldercare, in-home care, assisted living, long-term care
• Connect you to legal and financial specialists
• Refer you to long-term support as needed
